Why is it so difficult to buy a car?! My car being irrepairable, I had to junk it, so I got $175 for that. This doesn't help me much. I went and looked at a car today, but turned the guy down because he said he'd finance me with an interest rate between 14-18%. Yeah, fuck that. I'd be upside down right off the bat.
This wouldn't be such a problem if school didn't start on Thursday. I'm actually kind of upset, because I am at a total loss as to what to do. I need to apply for a loan through Capital One, and hope to have an interest rate lower than 10% and even that is pushing it. I really, really hope that something good happens soon, because I have no idea what I will do.
The situation makes me genuinely upset. |

everyone in this place is a fucking moron.
i'm getting quite tired of this place yet again, it seems there is barely anybody here i can connect with and have an intelligent conversation with.
well, i am in florida worst public school education in the united states, so what do i expect?
and this is pointless to complain to a illuminating insipid screen.
it's all pointless...
well besides my rants(which still slightly continue) i may as well update towards something significant in my life or whatever.
2009, it fucking sucked for experiences with others i guess but i found myself completely and gained much knowledge, that of personal knowledge and that of knowledge in itself.
2010, seems like it will be quite an amazing year, only the future will tell(not time, as time is irrelevant)
i need to go out and adventure and i feel as if these adventures, are coming to me.
i have nothing but with this nothing i have to create something and that's what i've been doing. |

Happy 2010 everyone!
I can't believe it's a new decade. It really didn't feel like it was New Years Eve yet, but then again, I spent the new year's working and closing the store. I didn't even notice what time it was all day, because we were so busy at work. While cleaning the store I just so happened to look up at the clock and see it was 11:57 and thought about how I didn't even realize the had just ended.
This year was full of change. My first cousin was born in January. She's the cutest! Her name is Mila and because of her, my uncle is a whole new person. He's changed for the better and become so much nicer.
I found out I had a half brother in Croatia. He is my dad's son from the marriage prior to marrying my mom. His name is Ivan, he's 35 and married and has two cute kids.
So basically I got a cousin, brother, sister in-law, niece and nephew All in less than 12 months.
It's awesome, but I wish I could be able to go to Serbia to meet Mila in person, and I'd like to go to Croatia for the same reason. I want to meet my half-brother and his wife and his kids.

Merry Christmas, everyone!
There is a little too much Yugoslavian going on in the Donko household today. My parents long time friend named Edi from Croatia, rents a house in Miami for 3 months every year. we weren't aware of this, so we hadn't seen him in almost 14 years. The last time we saw him was when we lived in Germany. Well, he's here right now, and it's a little overwhelming. Ivana and I went to the movies to go see Up In The Air (bc I will marry George Clooney or something one day). Good movie and a good reason to get the hell out of the house. If only the movie had been longer than it was!!! |
